Hardened to HRC 60+, the blades combine strength and durability with the distinctive layered pattern created by the Damascus cladding. Together, the three blade sizes cover a wide range of everyday food preparation. The Chef’s Knife handles larger chopping and slicing tasks across meat, fish and vegetables, while the Utility Knife offers greater control for smaller ingredients. The compact Paring Knife is suited to peeling, trimming and more intricate preparation, with a protective leather sheath included for each knife.
