The 1920 ‘Les Essences du Monde' Set of Four Knives from Jean Dubost will cover all prep bases and are the perfect addition to any kitchen. Made using expertise that dates back some 100 years, Jean Dubost knives meet the needs of chefs and amateur cooks alike. Razor sharp full-tang stainless steel blades are triple riveted for strength. Each perfectly weighted ergonomic handle is crafted from a different wood species from around the world. The set includes a Chef's knife with a wenge handle, a Santoku knife with an olivewood handle, a kitchen knife with an oak handle and a small multi-purpose knife with a violet wood handle.
